Crashes every time when trying to establish an account after paying for the subscription.

After paying 17 Euros for the subscription on the app store, I try to enter the fields to create the account. After entering the userid and password, I try to enter the other required fields. The app immediately crashes every time. The subscription money is lost; the app, useless. NOT impressive!
